流动注射在线萃取火焰原子吸收法测定人发中的微量铬和镍

摘    要:本文用流动注射-在线萃取火焰原子吸收法测定了人发中微量的铬和镍。对铬和镍,灵敏度分别提高了20.1和14.3倍。对国家标准人发和桃叶样品分别进行了测定,结果与标准值相符。

Abstract:Trace amount of chromium and nickel was determined using a flow injection on line extraction FAAS system.The measurement sensitivity for Cr and Ni increased by a factor of 20 1 and 14 3 respectively.For the national standand human hair sample and peach leafage sample,the measurement results are satisfactory.
