摘    要:凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)与傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)联用,以CS2为流动相,获得了共聚物SBS的GPC馏分的红外光谱图。根据图上各分离时间切片的红外光谱数据,计算出各相应时间切片的化学结构组成。结合经普适校正法获得的SBS分子量分布的结果,采用自己编程的GPC-FTIR-SBS软件对SBS的结构随分子量的变化进行了测定,得到了SBS化学结构-分子量的分布图。

Abstract:The flow-cell Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy is developed as gel permeation chromatography detector while carbon disulfide is used as an eluant. The results illustrate the GPC-FTIR system is able to serve as a real time infrared detector and acquire theinfrared spectra of every slice among the IR chromatography simultaneously. With the molecular weight distribution obtained from GPC universal calibration and the absorbance subtraction technique in IR spectroscopy, the chemical composition of block copolymer SBS versusits molecular weight is characterized by this GPC FTIR system. The compositional heterogeneity of polymers can be monitored by the GPC-FTIR system if the suitable mobile phaseis selected.
