摘    要:针对惠斯登电桥实验装置,用电桥平衡原理,从理论上推导出电阻和长度的复合量与电阻有效长度存在线性关系,调整直流电桥处于平衡状态下观测实验数据,引入SPSS的曲线估计功能分析实验数据,得到电阻和长度的复合量与电阻有效长度的定标曲线,并验证出复合量与有效长度量具有线性关系,由此标定被测电阻的电阻值,用置信概率为95%的不确定度,对测量数据和实验结果进行分析与评价,最终得到更为可靠、合理的实验结果。

Abstract:The paper applies Wheatstone bridge and bridge balance principle and derives the linear relationship between the compound quality of resistance & length and the effective length of resistance. Adjusting DC bridge in equilibrium state to observe the experimental data. And introduce curve estimation of SPSS to analyze the experimental data, gets the calibration curve between the compound quality of resistance & length and the effective length of resistance. The paper testifies the linear relationship between them and calibrates the resistance value. Evaluating experiment data and result with the uncertainty confidence probability of 95%. It' s shown that we gain reasonable experiment result.
