| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了利用驻波法对微波晶体检波二极管进行分段定标的方法。利用线性回归法将微波测量系统中驻波幅度自波节到波腹进行分段定标，得到每段的检波律。

| Abstract: | A subsection calibration method for microwave crystal diode detector using stationary wave curve is presented in the paper.The curve of the stationary wave in microwave measurement system is divided into several ranges with dif- ferent amplitudes of the signal from the wave node to the wave loop,different detection parameters of the crystal diode detector are obtained for every section of the curve using linear regression theory. |
