| 摘 要： | 在光纤光栅的刻蚀平台中引入精密移动电机,控制相位掩模板的移动,从而在光纤光栅的刻蚀过程中,在光栅的固定位置引入相移量,采用此简单易行的方法制作出了多种相移光纤光栅,分析所刻光纤光栅的光谱曲线,符合理论分析和设计的要求。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces precise mobile motor in fabrication platform of the fiber Bragg grating. By control the mobile of the phase mask,phase shift was introduced in the fixed position of grating in fabricate process. A variety of phase shifted fiber Bragg grating has been fabricated with this method. Spectral analysis of the fabricated phase shifted fiber grating is accord with the theory analysis and design. |
