| 摘 要： | 针对创新型应用型人才培养的需求,本文提出了将光纤技术课程与专业实验教学相结合。采用模块化、专题化的教学模式,利用学习小组发挥学生在学习过程中的主体地位,改革教学内容安排、学时分配、实验模式和课程考核方式,激发学生学习兴趣和潜能,增强学生的学习能力和实验实践操作能力,提高应用型人才的培养质量。

| Abstract: | It presents the combination of the optical fiber technology courses and profession experiment cour-ses,which is according to the demand of the applied and innovative talents training. The students play subject position in the learning process such as study groups and adopt the mode of modular and specialized. Reform teaching content arrangement and class hours and experimental models and assessment method in the course, which will stimulate the study motivation and potential,enhance learning ability and the ability to operate in practice.Then,the quality of the cultivation of applied talents will improve. |
