| 摘 要： | 在分析法-珀腔干涉仪测量原理的基础上,阐述了它在高分辨率光谱测量领域中的应用。搭建了一套法-珀腔干涉仪系统,利用该系统对某多纵模氦氖激光器的模式进行了实际测量,并就实验结果进行了分析。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory analysis of Fabry-Perot cavity interferometer,its application in the high-resolution spectral measurement is presented.A Fabry-Perot cavity interferometer is built and used to measure the modes of a multimode He-Ne laser,and the measured results are discussed and analyzed too. |
