Influence of the dispersity of aluminum powder on the ignition characteristics of composite formulations by laser radiation

Abstract:The results of an experimental study of the regularities of the ignition of composite formulations containing aluminum powders of different dispersity by a CO2 laser are presented. The dependences of the ignition delay time and thermal mode on the irradiance and the composition of the composite formulation are obtained.
