高功率微波的远场测量

摘    要: 叙述了高功率微波的远场测量方法,并加以改进。采用改进后的方法对本实验室反射三极管装置所激励的高功率微波进行了测量,测得了辐射方向图,得到了辐射功率,分析了辐射模式。测量结果表明:微波辐射功率超过300MW,辐射频率为2.8GHz,微波脉宽约150ns,辐射模式包含TE11等模式。

Abstract:This paper presents the features, including the radiation pattern and power, as well as the mode information, of the high power microwaves radiated by a reflex triode operating in a laboratory, which are obtained through an improved far field measurement method put forward here. The measured results show that the radiation power exceeds 300MW with a frequency of 2.8GHz and a pulse width of about 150ns, and that several modes are generated with TE11 mode included. 
