石英玻璃中导带电子的光吸收

摘    要:分别用二阶和三阶微扰理论计算了 193nm 、355nm 激光照射下石英玻璃中导带电子的单光子吸收速率和双光子吸收速率。结果表明,电子空穴散射参与的单光子吸收和声学声子参与的双光子吸收都是材料中导带电子吸收激光能量的重要过程。

Abstract:By second order and third order perturbation theory, the interaction rates of intense laser fields at wavelength of 193 nm and 355nm with the conduction band electrons of fused silica are calculated. Compared with the linear absorption of the conduction band electron simultaneousely absorbing or emitting an acoustic or a longitudinal optical phonon, the linear absorption simultaneousely scattering off a hole and the two photon absorption are also important in the process of the electrons transferring laser energy to solids.
