摘    要: 介绍了L 波段强流相对论速调管放大器高频系统的设计, 强流相对论空心电子束的产生、传输、调制及微波输出等的初步实验结果。在直线感应加速器上, 利用无箔空心石墨阴极, 引出了电压约500kV、电流4. 5kA、直径54. 5mm、厚度4. 5mm 的空心电子束, 经过三腔放大后, 得到了536MW 的微波峰值功率, 效率21% , 增益30dB。

Abstract:Design of resonance cavities and emission, transmission, modulation of annular intense relativistic electron beam for a L band relativistic klystron amplifier is described . An annular electron beam of voltage 500kV, current 4.5kA, diameter 54.5mm, thickness 4.5mm is produced from an annular foilless diode, and a 536MW output peak microwave power was observed after three cavities. The efficiency is 21%, and the gain is about 30dB.
