摘 要: | 介绍了第四代衍射极限同步辐射光源(DLSR)的发展,DLSR目前处于起步阶段,涉及到很多关键技术。主要讨论了DLSR涉及到的特种电源技术,主要包括注入引出用高压纳秒快脉冲电源、高精度磁铁电源、双极性动态校正电源、大功率速调管调制器等,分别介绍了这些电源的参数要求、关键技术及解决方案。

Overview of special power supplies for advanced synchrotron radiation source |

Abstract: | The development of the fourth generation diffraction-limited synchrotron radiation source (DLSR) is introduced. Many key technologies are involved in the initial stage. This paper mainly discusses the special power supply technologies involved in DLSR, including high-voltage nanosecond fast pulsed power for injection and extraction system, high-precision magnet power supply, bipolar dynamic corrector power supply, high-power klystron modulator, etc. The parameter requirements, key techniques and solutions of these power supplies are introduced respectively. |
