KDP晶体增透膜和保护膜性能研究

摘    要: 报道了溶胶-凝胶工艺制备的KDP晶体保护膜、增透膜和它们的性能 。多孔二氧化硅增透膜峰值透射率大于99%,膜层折射率约1.23。对1.06μm,脉宽约1ns的激光,单层膜的激光破坏阈值约10J/cm2左右,有保护膜和增透膜的膜层激光破坏阈值约5~8J/cm2

STUDY ON THE PREPARATION PERFORMANCES OF ANTIREF LECTIVE AND PROTECTIVE COATINGS OF KDP CRYSTALS
Abstract:In this paper, we report the preparation and performances of the solgel antireflective and protective coatings on KDP crystals. The AR coatings with refractive index of 1.23 are of high transmission, the maximum of which is large than 99%, and the laser d amage threshold is about 10J/cm2 for laser beam at 1.06μm and with pulse width of 1ns. The composition coatings methyl silicone and porous silica reduced the threshold down to 5~8J/cm2.
