摘    要: 研制了用于测量二级轻气炮毫米级弹丸速度的遮挡式激光测速系统。该系统主要包括测速平台和激光测速仪,采用红光半导体激光器作光源,硅光电二极管为光电探测器。测速平台安装于炮管测速段,具有结构简单紧凑、抗振动、激光光幕易于准直和测量等特点。激光光幕高度为20 mm,避免了弹丸偏离轴线过多时因无法遮断光束导致的测速失败。运用该测速系统进行了一系列二级轻气炮测速实验,成功测量了金属弹丸和非金属弹丸的速度,测速范围为1.58~4.51 km/s。将测量数据与磁测速系统测量数据进行比较,结果表明,该激光测速系统的测量精度高、稳定性好、灵敏度高、抗干扰性强、适用范围广。
