曲率半径对双层球缺罩形成串联爆炸成型弹丸的影响

摘    要: 为了研究曲率半径对串联爆炸成型弹丸(EFP)形成的影响,利用有限元软件 AUTODYN,对双层球缺罩串联EFP的成型过程进行了数值仿真,在此基础上分析了双层球缺罩串联EFP的形成机理,探讨了曲率半径对串联EFP的影响规律。开展了双层药型罩EFP形成的实验研究,得到了串联EFP形成过程的X光照片,仿真和试验结果比较一致。仿真与试验结果都表明:双层球缺罩可以形成前后分离的串联EFP,双层球缺罩的曲率半径对串联EFP的速度、外形和长径比有较大影响。
