高温高压金刚石单晶生长界面的研究

摘    要: 利用扫描电镜及Auger电子谱技术研究了高温高压下金刚石单晶生长界面的特性,观察到了金刚石单晶表面及金属膜表面的沟槽结构及金刚石-金属、金属-石墨两个主界面间的过渡层结构及界面间C原子电子组态的变化。

Abstract:The variational fluid perturbation theory is used to calculate the Hugoniot curves of liquid helium using the exponential six reference potential.An effective potential which incorporates many body effects is given by means of comparison of the theoretical and experimental data.This potential is fairly close to the optimum potential given by Nellis et al.Our study shows that when the shock compression properties for high temperature and high density fluid are calculated,interatomic many body effects are much more important and have the effect of softening the two body potential.
