高能激光能量计测温电阻温度标定研究

摘    要:对绝对量热式高能激光能量计测温电阻丝的温度特性进行了研究.以锥形吸收腔高能激光能量计为实验模型,分别对处于自由状态下以及缠绕于能量计吸收腔表面后的测温电阻丝的温度电阻特性进行了实验分析.结果表明,两种状态下测温电阻丝的电阻随温度变化规律并不相同.用最小二乘法对测温电阻丝的电阻与温度实验数据进行数据处理并建立补偿模型,从而对缠绕于吸收腔表面后的测温电阻丝的电阻温度关系标定,经修正后能量计的测温电阻和Pt100电阻的偏差小于0.01 Ω,温度偏差小于0.02 ℃,从而提高了能量计测温准确度.

Abstract:Temperature resistance character for absolute calorimetric high-energy laser energy meter is studied in the paper. Based on the model of cone-shaped calorimetric high energy meter, temperature resistance character of temperature resistance sensor in free condition and sensor winded on the absorbing cavity is detected respectively. The result shows that character of resistance changing with temperature is different for two kinds of resistance line. Mathematic model for relationship between resistance value and temperature of different resistance line is achieved, and a compensation model is established to calibrate the measurement result of calorimetric high-energy laser energy meter. By useing this amending method, resistance bias between resistance line used in energy meter and Pt100 is less than 0.01 Ω and temperature bias is less than 0.02 ℃. This greatly improves accuracy of high energy meter measurement result.
