摘    要:基于干涉多光谱图像特点和应用环境要求,提出一种干涉多光谱图像压缩算法.采用小波域匹配预处理来去除帧间推扫平移带来的数据冗余性,采用基于码率预分配的编码方法,按照预分配到的码率大小控制码块的T1编码深度,减少编码计算量和存储器使用量,易于硬件实现和星上环境的应用.实验数据表明,码率为1 bpp时,该算法提高了恢复光谱的分辨率,满足卫星干涉多光谱图像压缩系统要求.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the interferential multispectral images,a new compression algorithm was proposed. The template matching algorithm in the wavelet domain was adopted to remove the redundancy between the two successive frames. The scheme adopted a ROI coding algorithm based on rate pre-allocated,with which the depth of T1 coding process could be controlled and the cost of computation and memory usage could be reduced. The proposed scheme is suitable for hardware implementation of interferential multispectral image compression system. And,the experimental results show that the proposed scheme achieves performance improvement over the conventional schemes in the interferential multispectral system.
