光与人体组织相互作用理论模型的探索

摘    要:从物理的经典理论出发,假设一生物分子由若干类元素构成,其电磁辐射场应为各类元素中所有原子辐射场的叠加,据此给出了生物分子的电磁辐射表示.再进一步考虑组成人体组织的分子与激光场间相互作用,推导出光与人体组织间相互作用时,人体组织对光的吸收系数,及光在人体组织中传播时的折射率表示式.

Abstract:According to classical theory of physics,the expression of electromagnetic radiation from an organism molecule system is induced, suppose an organism molecule consists of several sort elecments,based on that the electromagnetie field of an organism molecule is the sum of the electromagnetic radiation field of all the atoms.From the interaction principle of hwman body tissues and laser field,the absorption coefficient of light to hwman body tissues is proposed when light interact with human body tissnes. The expression of retractive index is also given when light propagats in human body tissues.
