光纤Fabry-Perot腔振动传感器

摘    要:用频谱分析的方法对光纤Fabry-Perot腔传感器的输出信号进行解调.在正弦振动条件下,用干涉信号的3次谐波与基次波的功率比直接计算出振动幅度,可以简单地解调出信号.这一技术能够满足工程中精度要求不是很高的场合应用.

Abstract:A demodulation technique for the output of extrinsic Fabry-Perot Interferometric (EFPI) sensors based on spectra analyse method is studied in this paper. Under the sine vibration, the vibration amplitude can be calculated using the power ratio of third harmonic to basic wave, the vibration signal can be demodulated directly. This technique can be used in the applications which don′t require high accuracy.
