矩阵光学与单双光栅成象研究

摘    要:本文首次用矩阵光学理论结合光栅衍射相干条件,推出双光栅成象的几何光学表示式,用象位移叠加的观点解释了双光栅成象系统Talbot自成象以及双光栅成象现象,首次将双光栅成象现象分为1)基于光栅和透镜组成系统对第一块光栅进行成象的双光栅成象和2)基于编码光源成象原理的双光栅成象,指出这是两种截然不同的双光栅成象,扩展了双光栅成象的物理意义。最后给出了实验结果。

Abstract:In this paper we combine ray metrix optics and the diffraction condition ot tne grating, the double gratings imaging formulae is derived. The single gratings imaging phenomenon are regarded as the results of imaging shifting and overlaping. The details of this analysis are presented along with the experimenal results which shown that the double gratings imaging are 1) the first grating imaging through combined imaging system formed by the second grating and the lens 2) the self-imaging of the second grating illuminated by the encorded source formed by the first grating.
