摘    要:利用云纹干涉法对金属烤瓷形成的双材料试件进行面内位移、应变测试,将测试结果与有限元计算结果进行了对比.结果表明:云纹干涉技术对研究具有小变形的复合材料力学行为可行、有效,结果直观,同时图像灰度变化连续,对比度高,为后续图像处理提供了较好的数据.

Abstract:The theory of moiré interferometery method is introduced.The duplication procedures of specimens grating are discussed.The arrangement of optical accessories and key operation in regulating beam path are discussed emphatically.Specimens of bimaterial of porcelain-fused-metal are studied by moiré interferometery method.Displacement and strain of specimens are obtained in this experiment.In order to check the reliability of results of experiment,results data have been compared to which of finite element method(FEM).The experiment method and experiment process indicated that mechanical behaviors of composite can be studied effectively by moiré interfereometry technology.Simultaneously,the experiment results can be shown direct-vision and contrast highly.So all of data of image picked by charged couple device (CCD) are very necessary for further image processing.
