周期极化铌酸锂THz波产生理论分析

摘    要:首先采用光参量振荡的机理研究了THz波在准相位匹配媒质周期极化铌酸锂晶体中同向传播与反向传播情况下,以及THz波从晶体表面辐射产生的特性;其次研究了THz波的温度调谐特性、极化反转光栅周期调谐以及改变入射泵浦光与光栅波矢夹角的调谐特性;然后分析了THz波谱宽特性,给出解析表达式,并与实验结果进行了比较,证明理论分析结果与Y.S.Lee等人所给出的实验结果符合很好;最后分析了THz波的稳定性与温度、光栅周期、泵浦入射角以及辐射角的关系.

Abstract:The terahertz (THz) wave generated in periodically poled lithium niobate (PPLN) forward propagation and backward propagation, and the surface-emitted THz radiation were investigated based on the theory of optical parametric oscillator first. Next the tunable of THz wave of temperature, grating period, the incident angle and the radiation angle were given. Thirdly, the bandwidth of the wavelength and the frequency of THz wave were analyzed, and the analytic expressions were given. The theoretical results fit well with the experimental results given by Y.S. Lee et al.At last, the bandwidth of temperature, grating period, the incident angle and the radiation angle were given.
