亚象元线阵CCD焦平面的光学拼接

摘    要:着重阐述了亚象元线阵CCD焦平面的光学拼接的原理、拼接的技术要求和方法,并对误差进行了详细的分析.光学拼接具有结构简单、成本低和使用灵活的优点.

Abstract:CCD was widely used in spacing remote sensors because its high precision,nicety of image element′s location,compact and simple configuration.In order to meet the needs of high resolution and wide field,we should exploit new CCD chip that has more image elements and higher integration.But as for the limitation of the technics and material,it is very difficult to get so small image elements,so large number of image elements and low-priced CCD.At present,the best way to solve it is to assemble the optical focal plane of CCD.The article lay emphasises on the principle and the technology of optical focal plane assembly.Authors also analysis the error in detail.Optical assembly has many advatages:such as simple configuration,low price and agility in use.
