窄脉冲外差体制CO2激光主动成像研究

摘    要:根据大目标外差探测时发射功率PT与距离R2成正比规律的脉冲激光雷达方程和天线定理,利用国内最新研制的小型高重频电光调Q波导CO2激光器,采用非线性扫描和激光器不等时发射技术,设计研制了一套窄脉冲外差体制CO2激光主动成像系统,对室内20m处大目标实现了像元素64×32、成像速率10帧/s实时成像显示,图像质量较好,激光器峰值功率约为60W、脉冲重复频40KHz、前沿50ns、脉宽300ns.

Abstract:According to the pulse laser radar equation and the antenna theorem that the transmit power P T is in proportion to the square of the detecting distance,R2,when detecting large target in heterodyne way, using the up-to-data wave-guide CO2 laser source studied by our country with the feature of small scale,highly repeating frequency,and E-O Q switched,adopting the technology of nonlinear scanning and the aster source transmitting in non-even-time, a set of active imaging system working is designed and developed in narrow pulse heterodyne way. To the large target in 20 m distance,the timing image of 64?32 image elements is achieved. The quality of the image is good. The peak value of the laser power is about 60 W. The pulse repeating frequency is 40 KHz. The pulse rise time is 50ns.The pulse width is 300 ns.
