Abstract:Since there are a lot of advantages compared with silicon-target vidicon,CCD video camera has been widely used in Lime-space-power diagnosis of electronicbeam, laser X-ray and y ray. The mam characteristics of CCD used currently in the world are introduced CCD video camera can by applied in studies of super fast phenomena by improving CCD's Shutter function, its minimum exposure time can be as short as several ns. The time resolution can also be increased by dividing the sensing and the storage area on the chipWhen laser and substance interact, plasma is produced in high power status(above 109 W/cm2 ).Its power is in soft X-ray coverage (above 100 eV to 1.2 keV ). Using X-ray image converter tube and enlarging its dynamic range, the temperature density, power transmission, power balance and other information of plasma can be examined.Using high power pulsed radiography, the studies of high speed process are developed. Some typical devices of high power pulsed radiography designed by several countries are introduced in this paper. Some low power small X-ray generator and their applications in industry and biomedical radiography are analysed.
