非磁化等离子体光子晶体的禁带周期特性研究

摘    要:用时域有限差分法(Finite-Different Time-Domain,FDTD)中的电流密度卷积(Current Density Convolution,JEC)算法讨论了一维非磁化等离子体光子晶体的禁带周期特性,分析了非磁化等离子光子晶体的周期结构和等离子体参量对其禁带周期的影响.以微分高斯脉冲为激励源,用电磁波通过非磁化等离子体光子晶体后所得的透射系数来讨论非磁化等离子体光子晶体的禁带周期特性.结果表明,通过改变参量可以获得不同的禁带周期特性.

Abstract:Current density convolution (JEC) on finite-different time-domain (FDTD) method is applied to study 1D unmagnetized plasma photonic crystals.The effect on periodic band gap of unmagnetized plasma is analyzed by its periodic structures and parameters of plasma.The electromagnetic propagation process of a Gaussian pulse through an unmagnetized plasma photonic crystal is investigated.The transmission coefficients through unmagnetized plasma photonic crystals are computed ,and the periodic characteristic of band gap structure for unmagnetized plasma photonic crystals is analyzed with them.The results show that different periodic band gaps is obtained by changing parameters.
