| 摘 要： | 根据随机畸变激光波前入射确定束匀滑位相板的模型,利用随机理论分析了光束通过位相屏后的传输特性、透射光远场分布的统计均值和方差.通过计算得知远场分布的方差与位相屏的傅里叶谱的平方成正比.利用数值模拟计算了随机生成的两个波前分别通过两个位相屏后的远场分布,模拟结果证实了位相屏用于随机相位畸变激光束匀滑的可行性,并显示了匀滑效果.
