激光重熔对Al-Si合金快速凝固共晶生长的数值模拟

摘    要:本文通过数值模拟,计算出Al-Si合金共晶共生区,达到对实际加工中激光处理参数的优化。数学模型从计算物体表面温度场三维分布入手,考虑到激光空间Gaus分布特性,得到物体表面温度梯度分布;同时结合枝晶分布KGT模型以及共晶分布经修正的TMK模型,计算了微观结构的共晶生长的范围,得到一个完整的从激光重熔到共晶生长的计算模型。

Abstract:In this paper,the eutectic symbionic zone for Al Si alloy has been calculated by numerical simulation.It is expected to use the symbionic zone in laser processing as a method of optimizing the laser technical parameters.The numerical model takes into account of Gauss distribution of laser beam spot,and then the three dimensional temperature distribution and surface temperature gradient have been calculated.Using KGT model for dendrite and modified TMK model for eutectic,the complete eutectic microstructures are obtained,the laser power density and the scanning velocity has been optimized.
