测量转动体位移的光纤传感器的研究

摘    要:本文报道了采用光学三角漫反射技术来测量转动体位移的光纤传感器从理论上推导了该位移是漫反射产生的光脉冲的某些时间间隔之比的线性函数,实验上得到了7~34mm的测量范围,在该测量范围内误差小于1%.该种测量方法测得的位移与转动体转速无关,与光源强度无关,传感头结构简单,测量范围大,线性度好。本文还对它的应用进行了讨论。

Abstract:The sensor for measuring rotary displa cement is reported in this poper whichuses fiber-optical components and retro-re flective optical triangulation technique.The disp-lacement is linear function about somes tin1es between light plsus obtained from retro-reflection aed iede pendent with rotacy speed in th eory.The measorbgregion from 7 to 34mm in which relative error is less than 1%was reached in experiment This sensor has advantage of simple structure,wide measureme nt and linear.The paper discused its applicatton in gererator and other ptace too.
