摘    要:本文对用于光纤光栅(FBG)布喇格波长连续线性调谐的悬臂梁进行了深入地分析,并给出调谐公式.通过分析相同尺寸、不同截面形状的悬臂梁调谐的程度,对梁的结构进行了优化指出“凸”字形截面的悬臂比较适合于FBG线性调谐,优化后10cm长度的该梁0.01N的力作用时可以提供0.28nm甚至以上的波长调谐量.引入修正因子η=0.65,实验结果与理论值较好地吻合。

Abstract:The continuously linearly tunable fiber Bragg grating (FBG) that utilizes a cantilever is analyzed theoretically in this paper.A formula describing the linearly tuning is introduced.The cantilever’s stucture has been optimized by through calculating the wavelength shifts of different cantilevers which are with the same sizes and different section shapes.T-shaped section cantilever is pointed to be the best one to act as a linear tuner of FBG.After optimized,if L=10cm and 0.01N force is applied,it can provide over 0.28nm wavelength shift.If a correction index η=0.65 is introduced,experimental result coincides with the theoretical value perfectly.
