摘    要:利用非线性光学环路镜成功地实现了连续光到超短光脉冲和波长的同时变换.最大波长变换间距大于35nm.实验系统中采用增益开关分布反馈半导体激光器(GSDFB-LD)产生的超短光脉冲作为控制光,采用波长可调半导体激光器作为信号光.在变换过程中在1.55μm附近首次观测到了波长的反相变换.当信号光和控制光脉冲走离大于40.7ps时,变换信号脉冲发生畸变,变换脉冲展宽.

Abstract:Simultaneous conversion for the continue waveform to return to zero and wavelength based on nonlinear optical loop mirror was achieved for the first time in China.The maximum separation of the wavelength conversion between the control laser and the signal laser is larger than 35nm.In our system,the gain switched distribute feed back laser diode is used as the control pulse with the pulse width of 20nm,the wavelength tunable laser diode is used as the signal laser.The out phase wavelength conversion was measured at 1550nm wavelength for the first time.When the walk off time between the signal pulse and the control pulse is larger than 40.7ps,the converted signal pulse waveform is degraded,and the width of the converted is broadened.
