微带像增强器的选通特性研究

摘    要:讨论了像增强器微带传输电路和脉冲选通模型.根据传输线理论用数值方法模拟了纳秒和皮秒脉冲在像增强器内的传输特性,给出了相吻合的理论和实验结果;将脉冲微带传输模型和微通道板的时间相关离散打拿极模型相结合,完整地分析了像增强器的脉冲选通特性.研究结果表明:与输入脉冲相比,加载到微带上的脉冲和像增强器输出端输出脉冲的变化主要受微带传输时间的影响;像增强器光选通的特性与输入脉冲有明显的区别.

Abstract:The models of both micro-strip transmission circuit and time-related pulsed gating of image intensifier were discussed.The transmission of nano-and pico-second pulses in image intensifier was simulated.The gating characteristics of image intensifier were analyzed as well.The theoretical is in satisfactory agreement with experimental results.As a result,the changes of the pulse passed through microstrip and the output pulse are mainly influenced by transmission time of microstrip compared with the width of input pulse.The gating characteristics of microstrip image intensifier is different from the input pulse clearly.
