摘    要:我们以前对非晶ZBLAN光纤玻璃中掺杂稀土离子Er3+的转换发光的研究表明,在室温、大功率半导体激光器的激发下,Er3+的荧光主要是通过单离子步进双光子过程发生的,而其多光子过程虽然非常微弱,但在强的半导体激光的照射下也可产生.通过Yb3+的掺杂敏化,Er3+的各条荧光谱线都有不同程度的增强,而且增强幅度极大,产生了迄今为止我们所知的最强的绿光发射,Er离子的蓝、紫外的发光也得到子测量.这说明Yb3+对Er3+的上转换荧光过程有着强烈的敏化作用,这一现象的应用前景有待进一步开拓.

Abstract:Based upon our studies on luminescence of Er in ZBLAN fiber glass before, we demonstrated that,at room temperature,luminescence of Er is resulted from the single-ionic sequential two-photon processes,respectively. The multiphoton process is very weak under the powerful excitation of diode laser. However,much stronger green-blue emissions have been observed in ZBLAN noncrystals codoped with Er and Yb. These emissions are the strongest ones of our known's. Energy transfers and back transfers are responsible for the upconversion process,and in three-photon process, back transfer is more obvious than that in two-photon process.
