紫外激光等选育生淀粉糖化酶高产菌株及其应用

摘    要:以紫外线、LiCl、5氟尿嘧啶、HNO2为诱变剂,黑曲霉Sx为出发菌株,选育出生淀粉糖化酶酶活力提高12%的突变株黑曲霉S’x制取黑曲霉S’x的原生质体,用HeNe激光照射,经反复筛选得到突变株黑曲霉Sy,其酶活力较出发菌株提高51%,而酸性蛋白酶活力降低45%并对其在农作物秸杆的应用进行了研究.

Abstract:A mutant strain A. niger Sx’ with higher yield raw-starch glucoamylase was obtained from wild strain of A. niger Sx by UV,LiCl,5-Fu and HNO2 treatment Its enzyme activity increased by 12% After many times of He-Ne Laser irradiation to protoplast of A. niger Sx’,A. niger Sy was obtained Its raw-starch glucoamylase activity increased 51% than that of the original strain A. niger Sx,whereas A. niger Sy showed reductions in acid-protease productivity of 45% Furthermore,applications of A. niger Sy on the treatment of the grain stalks studied.
