LD端面泵浦Nd:YAG激光器热效应研究

摘    要:考虑晶体特性参量如热导率、热折射率梯度以及热膨胀系数等随温度变化的影响,通过求解热流方程给出了LD纵向泵浦Nd:YAG激光器激光介质的热透镜和热负荷比测量的表达式,分析了影响热负荷比测量的因素,对以前报道的热负荷比实验测量值与理论值存在的差别给予解释,理论分析与以往的实验结论相符.

Abstract:Considered the effects of variations of the Nd:YAG characteristic parameters such an conductivity,thermal refraction and thermal expansion coefficient with temperature,the practical formulas of thermal focus length and thermal load ration have been given by solving the heat equation.The difference of thermal load ratio between the theoretical and experimental value was explained.The theoretical analysis was agreed with the observed experimental conclusion.
