缩减主光斑的衍射理论

摘    要:结合理论分析和神光装置照明系统的设计,由于光的衍射作用,使通过照明系统的激光束入射到特定靶面成一光斑,为了缩减中央光斑大小,提出了一种新的系统孔径分割法,从光的衍射理论证明这种方法是有效的,使中央光斑缩小,缩减了中央光斑缓慢变化部分.

Abstract:Base on the design of illumination systems of the SHENGUANG serial factilities and theory analyses,as the diffraction of light,the laser beam passing throgh the illumination systems gets an facula on the focus plane.In order to eliminate the edge of the main spot,we advance a method of dividing aperture of the focusing optical system,the diffraction theory of light shows that the diffraction main spot is reduced,it indicates that the method of dividing the aperture may be recommended.
