摘    要:建立了激光辐照星载光电探测器的数学模型,对激光干扰和破坏星载光电系统的机理进行了研究,分析了激光光束与探测器光轴的偏角对干扰和破坏的影响.以CO2激光辐照HgCdTe探测器的实例,研究了强激光对探测单元的破坏,得到其损伤阈值曲线,并从理论上证明了强激光对星载光电探测系统干扰和破坏的可行性.

Abstract:High-power laser can disturb or destroy the photoelectric detecting system (PDS). A mathematical model of the laser irradiation on the satellite-borne PDS was set up. And the damage mechanism of high-power laser to PDS was studied; the effect of the offset angle between detector and laser′s axis to the laser power illuminated on the surface of detecting element was discussed. A numeric analysis about CO2 laser irradiating HgCdTe detector was given as an example for the investigation.
