LiNbO3无谐振腔式电光调制混合型光学双稳态实现条件的研究

摘    要:本文简介以LiNbO3为非线性介质,利用电光振幅调制特性实现了LiNbO3晶体混合型光学双稳态,并在不同的条件下测试了不同的光学双稳态滞后回线和调制函数曲线,首次提出“调制函数曲线平移”问题的方法。用此一性质可将偏置电压调制为零省去偏置系统,利于系统集成,为实现无偏压双稳系统指明了方向。

Abstract:In this paper it is briefly introduced that nonlinear medium LiNbO3 crystal mixed optical bistablity is realized by using of electro-optical amplitude modulation,Some kinds of optical bistable state hystersis loop and modulation functional curve were determined at diffierent conditions.The method of moving parallely modulation functional curve was firstly put forword.Thus,the bias voltage could be modulated to be 0.This saved the bias setup is benefited to system integration and pointed out way of realizing biasless bistable device.
