红外激光心肌打孔的理论模型和实验验证

摘    要:根据激光与心肌组织的作用规律和热力学理论建立了红外激光心肌打孔的理论模型,推导出红外激光心肌打孔的深度和打孔时间之间的定量关系.并用100 W连续输出的CO2激光在猪的心脏上进行了激光心肌打孔实验,实验结果和理论推导结果在一定范围内能够较好地吻合.

Abstract:It establishes the theoretic model to make vessels in myocardium by infrared laser according to regularity of laser-myocardium interaction and thermodynamics.It deduces quantitative relation of vessel depth and time to make a vessel in myocardium. It does the experiment to make vessels in myocardium of pigs by 100 W CO_2 laser and the results indicate that the experimental result and the theoretic result are alike within a certain range.
