| 摘 要： | 用传输矩阵方法得到了有限周期的一维光子晶体的复透射系数和透射率的解析表达式.根据这个结果,分析讨论了一维光子晶体的光子禁带产生的原因,讨论了光子禁带及透过带的特征,并用透射率讨论了λ0/4片组成的有限个周期的一维光子晶体的光子带结构,得到了与用其它方法相同的结果.

| Abstract: | Theexactanalyticexpressionsofcomplextransmissioncoefficientandtransmissionwerederivedin finite period ,one dimensional,photoniccrystalwiththemethodoftranslationmatrix .Accordingtothisresult , thereasonofforbiddenbandformed ,andthe propertiesof photonicforbiddenbandand passbandwere discussed .Thebandstructureoffinite period ,one dimensionalphotoniccrystalofquarter wavestackformedwas discussed ,theresultsareconsistentwiththatbyothermethods. |
