基于FPGA的CMOS图像传感器的驱动开发

摘    要:对比分析了COMS图像传感器IBIS5-A-1300的两种工作模式,使用Verilog语言对图像传感器的驱动时序进行硬件的描述,并用ModelSim对卷帘模式的设计时序进行仿真。采用了Altera公司的cycloneⅡ系列器件EP2C20F48418进行配置和验证,结果证明了时序电路的正确性。该系统适用于航天领域空间图像采集任务。

Abstract:Two working modes of the IBIS5-A-1300 CMOS image sensor are disscussed and analyzed in this paper. The driver timing of the image sensor is described by Verilog. The Modelsim is used to simulate the designed timing of the rolling shutter. EP2C20F484I8, the product of the cyclone Ⅱ series of Attera Gorp, is also configured and validated. The result indicates that this timing circuit is valid, and the system is suitable for space exploration mission in astronautics.
