红外热像仪与上位机通信系统设计

摘    要:设计了一款上位机软件实现对国产中波凝视红外热成像系统的指控命令发送、软件版本更新等功能。红外图像的处理主要在FPGA内完成,上位机通过串口直接与FPGA内部的NIOSⅡ通信,完成红外图像的非均匀性校正、盲元处理(包括盲元列表的上传下载)、图像性能测试等功能,并且上位机可以通过串口直接对FPGA程序进行更新。为了提高通信的稳定性,所有通信命令采用统一格式的数据命令包进行发送和接收。相比较一般的串口数据通信,所设计的通信方式具有传输距离远、误码率低、软件升级操作简单、方便、效率高等特点。对比一般的红外成像系统,本系统采用串口在线升级FPGA的方式,简化了系统硬件电路设计,方便了系统后期维护。

Abstract:To manipulate infrared thermal imaging system, a powerful PC software is designed. It can send commands to the system, and also can update the program in the system. Infrared image processing is performed in FPGA, the computer communicates with NIOS Ⅱ in the FPGA through the serial port. Completion of the infrared image nonuniformity correction, blind element processing(including blind element list of uploading and downloading), image performance testing and other functions, and computer software can update FPGA program through the serial port directly. In order to improve the stability of all communication, communication command using the data in a consistent format command packets is sent and received. Contrast to other infrared imaging systems, this system upgrades the program of FPGA online through the serial port, simplifies the design of system hardware circuit. And it is convenient for system maintenance later.
