机载光电系统稳定精度测试方法研究

摘    要:提出了一种实时高频角位移测量的新方案,采用该方案可对机载光电系统动态稳定精度进行测试。该方案采用激光自准直测量,以及高精度、高响应频率PSD探测器传感稳定平台的角位移,有效解决了频率达500Hz角振动状态下的稳定精度测量。与传统的脱靶量测试方法相比,精度提高了几个数量级,优于10μrad。该方法可用于机载高精度稳定平台稳定精度的实时测量。
