亮度均匀的LED路灯透镜设计与研究

摘    要:针对路灯照明系统,设计了一种照度均匀和亮度均匀的LED路灯透镜。通过分析LED光源角度分布与目标面照度的关系引用了一种简化的线性校正函数。不同的道路亮度系数,选用合适的K值,设计基于自由曲面的亮度均匀路灯透镜。利用光学软件进行仿真,结果显示中间向边缘逐渐减弱的渐变照度分布有利于路灯照明亮度的均匀。通过注塑成型工艺加工了该透镜,并制作了一盏路灯进行配光和照度的测试。结果表明该透镜设计满足渐变照度分布的矩形光斑照明。采用Dialux软件对路灯照明效果进行评估,显示该路灯透镜设计,横向和纵向亮度均匀性达到0.6以上,满足道路照明的亮度均匀性要求。

LED Streetlight Lens Design and Research Based on Luminance Uniform Distribution

Abstract:Illuminance uniform and luminance uniform are illustrated on the design of LED streetlight lens for road lighting.A free surface streetlight lens with luminance uniform distribution is designed adopting a simplified linear correcting function with the suitable K value of road surface based on the relation between LED source angle distribution and target illuminance.Through optical software simulation,the results show the gradual change distribution of illuminance which is to the benefit of luminance uniform.The lens is made by injection moulding and the street lamp is assembled.The test indicates the rectangle gradual change distribution of illuminance.In evaluation of Dialux software,the luminance uniform index in transverse direction and longitudinal direction is above 0.6,meeting the luminance uniform requirement of road lighting.
