| 摘 要： | 通过对线阵CCD成像系统的研究,提出了机车轮对轴颈磨损的CCD成像拼接动态检测方法,分析了该方法的可行性.讨论了斜光束照射、背景光强变化等因素,这些因素降低了系统的测量精度.最后通过实验系统证明了该方法的可靠性.

| Abstract: | A new method of dynarnic inspection of train wheel set journal using linear array CCD imaging system is proposed. The feasihility of this method is analyzed. Some factors such as oblique beam radiation and background intensity variation are also further discussed. These factors can decrease the precision of measure system. The reliability of this method is proved by a designed experimental system. |
