摘    要:利用两对光电对管对胶囊的体帽局部红外图像特征信息进行了提取和识别。将体现胶囊体帽微小几何尺寸差别特征的弱模拟信号转变成数字信号,提高了检测的准确率,增强了抗干扰能力。根据射流附壁效应,设计了具有流线型结构的胶囊滑道及胶囊气动加速翻转机构,提高了胶囊翻转速率及准确率,实现胶囊体帽方向的调整。

Abstract:The infrared image characteristics of the local capsule body and cap are extracted and recognized by two pairs of photoelectric sensors. The analogue signal that describes the small dimension difference between capsule body and cap is converted into digital signal. And the accuracy and anti-interference for signal detection are improved. Based on the theory of the sticky wall effect on fluidics, the accelerating and pneumatic turnover mechanism with streamlined slip way for capsule is designed. It improves the accuracy and effeciency of turning, and realizes the arrangement of capsule direction.
