CO2激光热熔法除冰的研究

摘    要:介绍了CO2激光在高压线除冰中的实验研究情况.由于直接热融法除冰效率较低,提出了激光热融加上冰块自身重力脱落法除冰的实验方案.利用功率为35 W的CO2激光照射冰块与绝缘子的接触面,降低其粘结力以致整体脱落从而达到除冰的目的,测得除去1 kg冰需要90kJ的能量,耗时26 min.

Abstract:The experiment of CO2 laser in the power line de-icing is introduced. De-icing efficiency of direct hot melting is very low. A de-icing scheme using laser hot melting and ice weight desquamation method is presented. The contact surface between ice and insulator is irradiated by 35 W CO2 laser. It reduces the cohesive force to disengage the whole ice and achieves deicing. The result shows that it needs 90 kJ and 26 min to deice 1 kg ice.
