摘    要:介绍了半导体激光器的温度控制原理,设计了基于FPGA的半导体激光器温度控制系统。系统采用数字温度传感器DS18820作为温度测量器件,TEC作为控温执行元件,并采用模糊控制算法、PWM机制来控制TEC的驱动电流从而实现温控。基于QuartusⅡ开发平台采用Verilog HDL设计了软件部分,最后进行了功能仿真。整个系统对硬件要求不高,实现简单。从仿真结果可以看出,控制系统能够满足半导体激光器温度控制的精度和稳定度的要求。

Abstract:The temperature control theory of semiconductor laser is introduced in this paper. The control system in terms of both software and hardware based on FPGA is designed. Digital temperature sensor DS18B20 and eonrol executor TEC are used in this system. Fuzzy control and PWM mechanism are applied for LD temperature control. Based on Quartus Ⅱ, the software of every function model is designed by using verilog HDL, such as temperature detection, temperature display, fuzzy control and PWM generation, etc. The system has simple design and not high demand for hardware. The simulation result shows that this control system can meet the requirement of precision and stability of semiconductor laser temperature control.
