摘    要:研究含肿瘤脑组织中的光分布对脑肿瘤的诊断治疗有重要意义。建立了适用于有限元模拟的二维模型,对带有肿瘤的二维脑组织中的辐射通量进行了模拟,并对不同大小和不同位置的肿瘤块引起辐射通量值的变化做了比较。结果表明:利用所建立的模型和编制的程序,可以有效地模拟光在含肿瘤的多层脑组织中的分布。有限元法是模拟复杂组织内光分布的有效方法,对组织结构及性能的认识有重要意义。

Abstract:The study on light distributing in multi-layered brain tissue including tumour tissue has a great significance for tumour's diagnoses and curing. The two-dimensional finite element method model applied to Finite Element simulation is founded. The radiate flux in the multi-layered brain tissue is simulated including tumour. The changes of radiate flux values is due to the different sizes and places of the turnout tissue. The result indicates that the founded model and designed program in this thesis can effectively simulate the light distributing in multi-layered brain tissue including tumour. The finite element method is an effective method of simulating the light distributing in the tissue. It has great significance to study the tissue's configuration and character.
